How it Works
  • The search begins with clearly defined requirements for the position.
  • The candidate selection process usually takes an average of 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the position. You will start receiving the first candidates as early as 5 days after the start of the process.
  • Testing of the candidate by the client.
  • Onboarding the candidate.
How We Charge

The recruitment fee is 2 times the candidate’s salary.

10% discount – in case of 25% prepayment and selecting 1 or more candidates.
15% discount – in case of 25% prepayment and selecting 2 or more candidates.
20% discount – in case of 25% prepayment and selecting 3 or more candidates.
